Lesson # 3: Chang and his Bamboo Flute: Skills: Using Context Clues to figure out unknown words and Character Traits and motives. Test is Friday and it is open book. A good way for the students to prepare for the reading test is to re-read the story at home during the wee.
Spelling: Lesson # 3
Science: We are completing Chapter 12 this week with a test this Friday. It is not open book. Students need to study all vocabulary words. We are making note cards in class this week as a study tool. Students need to keep this notecards all year as they will provide a great way to prepare for the Science FCAT Test at the end of the year!!!
Classroom needs: Metal rings to hold notecards together, each student will need one to hold their science study cards together. PI time will be given. We still need these rings!!
